 If you need to cancel your reservations,  we ask you give us 30 days advanced notice for a full refund.  If we have  less than 30 days notice, we will try to re-book the room.  If we get the  room re-booked, there is no charge to you.  If we are unable to re-book  the room, the full amount will be charged.
